We are a fully Namibian-owned company providing engineering services in the field of transport, civil and structural engineering. We specialise mostly in railway infrastructure and accompanying infrastructure, such as hydrology structures, bridges and station structures.

Established in March 1991, the founder of Kleber & Associates, Mr. Gerd Kleber, broke away from Jeffares & Green Inc, the parent company in South Africa. He found his trade and passion for the southern rail network of Namibia. In 2002, Mr. Michael Rumsey, joined the team as a Project Engineer and their expertise grew. Mr. Rumsey later became a partner of Kleber & Associates in 2010 and is still to date.

Today, the partnership boasts with three vibrant Namibian partners together with Mr. Rumsey, ready to expand on the ideas of the founding partner. We strive to assist and invest in the Namibian railway network infrastructure, thereby promoting sustainability and economic growth to move our country from strength to strength within the SADC and Southern African regions.
